Pre-order timing and cancellation
A$2,199 including GST and standard Australia-wide delivery is charged in full through Stripe. Dispatch is expected to begin in late September 2026; some orders may dispatch in early October. If timing changes materially, customers may continue waiting or cancel for a refund before dispatch by emailing sales@tuntianwa.com.au.
02 / DELIVERY
Australia-wide delivery
Standard delivery to a serviceable Australian street address is included. Transit time varies after dispatch. Please contact us promptly about visible transit damage; Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited.
03 / RETURNS & REFUNDS
Faults and change of mind
Product fault
For a confirmed fault, damage or supply error, TunTianWa covers reasonable return freight and provides the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. Resaleable-condition requirements do not apply to faulty-product rights.
Change of mind
Approved non-quality returns must be unused, uninstalled, complete, in original packaging and resaleable. The customer pays return freight. Contact sales@tuntianwa.com.au before returning anything.
04 / WARRANTY
2-Year Australian Local Warranty
Ecotrap-100 is covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from delivery. Misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation and normal wear are excluded without limiting statutory rights. To claim, email proof of purchase and issue details to sales@tuntianwa.com.au.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Website and App privacy notice
Checkout
Stripe securely processes payment, contact and delivery details under its Privacy Policy. TunTianWa does not receive complete card details and uses order information only for payment status, delivery, support, accounting and customer remedies.
App support
We do not routinely collect or monitor personal or device information through the App. With prior customer consent, authorised support staff may access only the device status, settings and diagnostic data needed for requested assistance.
